Do I really need this every year?
For combustion appliances (gas furnaces), yes — it's a safety inspection as much as a tune-up. For heat pumps, every other year is acceptable.
Will you install a CO detector?
Yes — we can add one during the tune-up at cost.
Is it covered by the Comfort Club?
Yes. One AC and one heat tune-up per year are included in the $18/mo plan.
